For Your Leaders

When the quality of leadership across your organisation becomes the constraint: not individual capability, but the depth of judgement, trust, and resilience your senior people bring to the decisions that matter most.

The leadership quality problem is rarely where organisations look first.

Most organisations respond to leadership pressure with what is already available: internal L&D support, existing coaching panels, a leadership programme run last year. These are serious investments and they do real work. What they rarely address is what actually determines leadership quality when the complexity is high and the stakes are real. The leaders in your organisation are capable, they have been selected, promoted, and trusted because of what they can do.

But as complexity increases, as the environment becomes less predictable, and as the stakes of senior decisions grow, capability alone is not enough. What determines whether your leaders make wise decisions under pressure, or reactive ones, is not their knowledge or their skills. It is the quality of their inner condition, the trust and candour in their relationships, their ability to read the system they are part of, and whether their behaviour under pressure reflects their best thinking or their worst habits.

Three routes, each shaped by what your organisation actually needs.

1-to-1 coaching for your senior leaders

The same depth of work described on our Coaching page, commissioned by the organisation for individual leaders. This is not coaching-lite delivered at scale. Each engagement is bespoke, high-trust, and grounded in the leader's real context. It is the right route when you have specific senior leaders facing significant transitions, pressure, or complexity, and you want the quality of their judgement to be supported rather than left to chance.

Confidentiality is protected. Where a sponsor is involved, we share themes and engagement momentum only, never specific session content, unless the leader explicitly agrees otherwise.

Leadership team development

For leadership teams where the quality of collective judgement, trust, and decision-making needs to shift: not through team-building exercises, but through serious work on how the team thinks, relates, and operates under pressure together.

This is for organisations that want to develop judgement, not through a standard programme, but through a sustained, integrated journey that addresses the inner, relational, behavioural, and systemic dimensions of leadership simultaneously.

This work is designed bespoke. It typically involves a combination of diagnostic work, facilitated sessions, and follow-through, shaped around the team's actual challenges, not a predetermined agenda.

This is the most involved route and is designed in close partnership with the commissioning team. It typically runs over a minimum of twelve months and combines individual coaching, team work, diagnostic analytics, and structured integration.

Leadership journey: 8-day programme over 12 months from £126,000 + VAT.

Team development from £17,750 + VAT per day.

This is not a standard leadership development consultancy offer.

The work addresses the whole picture of what shapes leadership quality: not just skills and behaviour, but the inner conditions, relational dynamics, and systemic awareness that determine how your leaders actually show up when the pressure is real.

Nothing is off-the-shelf. Every engagement, whether for an individual, or a team, is designed around your organisation's leaders, their specific context, challenges, and ambitions.

Peter brings lived senior leadership experience to every engagement. He has been a CEO. He understands the pressures your leaders face because he has carried many of them himself.

The work is grounded in consequence, practice and not just theory. It addresses the leadership challenges your organisation is actually facing, not hypothetical ones drawn from a textbook.

More about Peter

A note on coaching panels: Many of the organisations we work with have established coaching panels. The work we do is often commissioned for the most senior leaders, the highest-stakes transitions, or the complex situations where depth of judgement under pressure is what is needed. Whether commissioned directly or we are added to your existing panel, the work is shaped around the specific context and leader, not delivered from a standard framework.

"Peter is an outstanding individual and an experienced coach to work with. His bandwidth of expertise, combined with his empathy and natural interest in his interlocutor is a sound base for meaningful and authentic coaching. He is sharp at understanding and helps develop techniques to improve yourself, all in the set-up of multi-dimensional leadership principles. I can recommend Peter strongly and am looking forward to work with him again, either personally or for members of my team."

The right starting point is a design conversation.

Every organisational engagement begins with a conversation about your context, your challenges, and what you are trying to achieve. There is no standard pitch and no predetermined proposal. We listen and understand first, then design something that fits. If we are not the right match, we will say so.
