What is Integral8?

Integral8 is a premium senior leadership coaching practice founded and led by Peter Dawson. Its focus is wise judgement under pressure: developing the quality of judgement, decision-making, presence, and relationships in leaders whose decisions carry real consequence. The practice is based in the UK and works with leaders over video, in the UK and internationally.

Who founded Integral8?

Peter Dawson. Peter became chief executive of a FTSE 250 company in his late thirties, appointed during the global financial crisis. He brings over twenty-five years of board-level leadership experience and more than a decade of professional coaching to every engagement.

Who does Integral8 work with?

CEOs, senior executives, founders, and board-level leaders operating in complexity, where sustained pressure is real and certainty is unavailable. Integral8 also works with organisations that want to develop judgement across their senior leadership teams. The practice works with a small number of leaders at any one time and operates a waitlist.

What does the coaching involve?

Engagements begin with a free, confidential chemistry conversation to assess mutual fit. Programmes are structured as ten or fifteen sessions of sixty minutes, held over video, typically every three weeks. There is no set curriculum; every engagement is shaped around the leader’s real context and the decisions they are actually carrying.

What does it cost?

A fifteen session programme is £21,750 plus VAT. A ten session programme is £15,000 plus VAT. Additional sessions are £1,750 plus VAT each. The chemistry conversation is free.

What is Integral8 not?

It is not performance coaching, not mentoring, not therapy, and not a standardised programme. The work develops a leader’s own capacity for wiser judgement; it does not supply answers or follow a syllabus.

Where is Integral8 based?

Integral8 Limited is a UK company based in Woolacombe, Devon. Because all coaching is held over video, clients are located across the UK and internationally.
