If you are a senior leader exploring coaching for yourself, the chemistry conversation is free and carries no obligation. If you are commissioning work for others, we will begin with a conversation to understand your context before proposing anything.

If your enquiry is about individual coaching, we will arrange a chemistry conversation at a time that works for you. If your enquiry is about organisational work, we will arrange an initial call to understand your context and challenges before any formal proposal.
