Set in the beautiful old wine master’s Manor House, gites and grounds, nestled within the verdant South West French countryside and vineyards, this 5-night escape offers more than relaxation - it offers transformation.

This is a retreat that uniquely blends the integral art of living with a journey of embodiment through Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and heartfelt connection.

Our retreat design stems from our vision to create a sanctuary to experience greater peace and master the art of living for a more fulfilling life.

To cultivate inner awareness and peace by understanding the importance of embodiment and somatics and experiencing life from the inside out with appreciation and gratitude.

It is an integral retreat that focuses on the art of living as a continual joyous practice, creating an immersive, safe space for you to show up fully and enjoy the journey.

Indicative schedule for a 5 night retreat

Sunrise detox flow

Yoga practices (including flow, yin, nidra, alignment, pranayama)

Pilate

Integral8 meditation practice

Morning breathe practice to cool dip

Workshop - How to enjoy deep & restorative sleep every night

Self-reflective practices

You are welcome to do as many sessions as you feel that is right for you, there is no obligation to do them all, your retreat, your choice.

We have a beautiful studio to create sessions in, and as we are taking an integral approach we will blend the sessions inside and outside, weather permitting.

Tea & coffee & water included
(all other drinks not included you are welcome to bring your own)

Additional extras subject to additional fee and availability:

1-1 coaching or meditation with Peter or Sue

1-1 yoga embodiment or body and energy work with Sue (Thai massage, reflexology, release & reset bodywork)

Note: All travel is excluded and must be arranged and purchased separately by you. Nearest airport is Toulouse France (approx 1 hr drive to Retreat)
