Executive's Guide to Flourishing: The power of deep gratitude

When things are tough, we can often get stuck focusing on what we don’t have and losing sight of what we do have. This can drain our energy, motivation and cause stress and anxiety.  Technology such as social media may exacerbate our inner critic and the feeling of lack.

Feeling grateful regularly can help increase your energy, overcome judgement and challenges; and increase the joy and wellbeing in your life.

Would you like to experience the peaceful energy that comes from feeling a deeper sense of gratitude more often?

Embodying Gratitude

Embodying Gratitude is a guided daily practice that enables you to really feel the powerful emotional energy of gratitude in your body.

Embodying Gratitude is a guided meditation with sublime music enabling you to really feel the powerful emotional energy of gratitude in your body. If done daily, it can increase your ability to feel gratitude and enjoy its benefits at any time.

This practice uses the Integral 4 Quadrant lense as a background frame for exploring gratitude from multiple perspectives.  It explores the objective individual world of doing or having (IT) the collective objective world of our environment (ITS) and the important relationships and interpersonal interactions we have (WE).  The practice ultimately combines all these perspectives into a powerful felt experience in your interior (“I”).

Give yourself a short break from work (just 15mins), put your headphones on, take a seat somewhere quiet and safe and give it a try.

Some of you will know from my previous articles I am passionate about practising gratitude daily. I invite you to try this experience of exploring the richness of gratitude from the 4 principal dimensions of life and I would love to hear how this practice felt for you.

Thank you. 🙏🏻
